The Residential Estimating Bottleneck
Residential Estimates Pile Up Behind the Work
Leads come in while you're on a job. Site visits happen faster than estimates get written. Takeoffs get pushed into evenings and weekends — and the owner becomes the estimating bottleneck.

FAQ
Common Questions
What's the difference between Standard and Complex Residential estimating?
Standard Electrical Estimate Preparation ($325) covers straightforward, single-scope residential work — repairs, device and fixture swaps, simple circuit runs, and single-issue scopes. Complex Residential Electrical Estimate Preparation ($425) handles larger or multi-scope jobs — panel upgrades, whole-home remodeling, generator and transfer switch work, EV charger installation, and jobs with several interrelated circuits.
Can you work from photos, notes, plans, or inspection reports?
Yes. We can work from photos, drawings, field notes, inspection reports, scope sheets, or a phone conversation. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the estimate.
Do you use my pricing?
Yes. We work inside your pricing. You provide the labor rates, material pricing, markup, and pricebook. We do not set your margins or make pricing decisions for you. You retain final approval on every estimate.
How quickly will my residential estimate be completed?
Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days for Standard estimates and 3–5 business days for Complex Residential estimates — after we have received all required scope and pricing information. These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed turnaround times.
Are revisions included?
Yes. One reasonable revision related to the original submitted scope is included — clarifying information, correcting an omission, adjusting pricing inputs you supplied, or minor scope changes. Material scope changes may require an additional estimate fee or a new estimate purchase.
